America First Investment PolicyA National Security Presidential Memorandum (NSPM) establishing the administration’s policy objective of restricting investments from foreign adversaries in strategic US sectors, including technology, critical infrastructure, healthcare, agriculture, energy and raw materials. Removing Barriers to American Leadership in Artificial IntelligenceAn EO directing relevant Trump administration officials to develop and submit an action plan within 180 days to “sustain and enhance America’s global AI dominance.” The order also mandates an immediate review of agency actions implemented under EO 14110 (“Safe, Secure and Trustworthy Development and Use of AI”), requiring revisions, modifications or suspensions of any actions found to be inconsistent with the administration’s objectives for advancing AI capabilities.
