Founded in 1984, our Palo Alto office serves Silicon Valley's innovative, fast-paced and technology-driven business community. Our intellectual property (IP) group protects our clients' technology – and protects our clients against claims of infringement by others – within the United States and worldwide using our extensive patent, trademark, copyright, licensing and IP litigation capabilities and contacts. Our IP lawyers litigate cases locally and nationwide, focusing on traditional IP claims (patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright) and also on commercial claims that have technology as a nexus or material component.
