Joe Weinstein has vast experience handling high-stakes, complex disputes in courts and arbitrations nationwide. His extensive experience covers a wide range of subjects including complex contract and business disputes, securities fraud, shareholder derivative, directors’ and officers’ liability, trade secret disputes, antitrust/unfair competition, product liability and consumer fraud. He regularly litigates class actions and multidistrict litigation. In addition to maintaining a broad-based business litigation practice, Joe leads our Securities & Shareholder Litigation Practice.

Joe also represents and advises clients on corporate compliance matters, conducts related internal investigations and represents clients in governmental investigations.

Prior to joining the firm, Joe served as general counsel of a diversified Fortune 500 transportation holding company. Using this background, Joe’s approach is to find effective solutions to clients’ legal problems.

Joe is a member of the American Bar Association, as well as various state and local bar associations.
