    Amelia Sharkey is an associate within the Corporate Practice in Leeds. Amelia has experience in a wide range of corporate work for both private and public clients, including private acquisitions and disposals, initial public offerings and general corporate advice.

    Prior to commencing her training contract, Amelia was a paralegal in the Leeds Corporate team and undertook a secondment at a publicly listed US-based consumer credit reporting agency.
