Squire Patton Boggs has advised H2 Equity Partners and the RAM management team on the sale of RAM Tracking, a provider of fleet and workforce management services, to Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS). H2 acquired a majority stake in the business in 2020, a transaction that the firm also advised on.
The team advising on the deal was led by Corporate partner and European head of private equity Paul Mann, and included David Milne, Jayne Aarons, Louise Parker, Joshua Lodge, Amelia Sharkey, Tom Currie and Chetan Mistry (Corporate), Patrick Ford (Tax Strategy and Benefits) and Francesca Fellowes (Data Privacy, Cybersecurity and Digital Assets).

RAM is now well positioned to form a key part of KCS and help it execute its strategy of providing innovative mission-critical software solutions to small and medium sized businesses around the world.
