Sean Conboy helps clients anticipate and solve problems before turning to litigation, and he aggressively defends lawsuits when they cannot be avoided. He is a seasoned trial attorney whose practice is focused primarily on business litigation and counseling. In that capacity, Sean handles the defense of high-volume caseloads for large and small businesses, and develops legal training and litigation reduction programs to creatively and cost-effectively prevent or resolve disputes for "frequent target" companies. He regularly tries cases in state and federal courts, and advances clients' interests through pre-suit counseling, alternative dispute resolution, settlement negotiations, trial and appeal.

Sean specializes in commercial, products liability and consumer warranty claims and has tried numerous cases in state and federal courts, including breach of contract actions, consumer protection cases, business torts, civil rights claims, shareholder derivative actions, products liability cases and co-employee gross negligence claims.

He actively participates in and directs all stages of litigation on behalf of his clients. He advances clients' interests through the implementation of aggressive and creative litigation strategy, as well as through pre-suit counseling, ongoing client education, alternative dispute resolution, settlement negotiations and trial. Sean has also successfully argued cases in front of state and federal appellate courts.

In addition, Sean is lead trial counsel in the defense of numerous Song-Beverly Act and Consumers Legal Remedies Act cases and has successfully defended large and small manufacturers, distributors, warrantors and retailers against claims filed under state and federal consumer protection statutes.
