The National Law Journal named Squire Patton Boggs partner Peter Gould to its 2021 edition of “Crisis Leadership Trailblazers.” The select list recognizes “agents of change” who have helped their colleagues, clients or communities through times of crisis.
Mr. Gould, who serves as the managing partner of the firm’s Denver office, works closely with federal and state regulatory agencies, Congress, the private sector and nongovernmental organizations to counsel clients on matters involving administrative law, crisis management, transportation and infrastructure, government investigations, litigation and dispute resolution, and public policy, including working with Congress to address agency actions.
In a profile published by the National Law Journal, Mr. Gould discusses how taking a multidisciplinary approach to risk mitigation and crisis management that draws upon legal, government affairs, communications and often science and engineering skill sets is critical to successful crisis management.
