FDLI Annual Conference

We are pleased to be participating in the Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI) Annual Conference, taking place May 2-3, 2019 in Washington, DC. This two-day event provides in-depth discussions and analyses on a wide variety of timely topics by bringing together experts from the federal government, industry, the private bar, non-profits, patient and consumer advocates, consulting organizations and academia.

Partner Marisol Mork will participate in a panel discussion, “Food and Dietary Supplement Class Action Litigation: Developments and Strategies” on Thursday, May 3, 2019 from 3:50 to 4:50 p.m. The session will explore litigation developments and procedural strategies to protect clients in class action suits.
