Three months from the UK leaving the European Union, negotiations are in a critical phase and political uncertainly still hangs in the air.

Join us, for dialogue and debate with Brexiteer Lord Digby Jones. Digby, a businessman and politician who has served as Director General of the CBI and Minister of State for Trade and Investment and now sits in the House of Lords as a non-aligned active crossbencher, claims the current Brexit negotiations are “nowhere near [the] Brexit we voted for”.

Digby will share his unique no-nonsense insight into the uncertain landscape facing business, law and politics as the country braces itself for Brexit. He will share his thoughts on the customs unions, regaining control of our immigration borders, the judicial system and our post-Brexit trading capacity around the world. Digby has become a familiar face on the political commentary scene, regularly appearing on our screens to debate business, government and, most recently, Brexit.

We are also delighted that Beverley Nielsen, the executive director at the Institute of Design and Economic Acceleration at Birmingham City University and former Liberal Democrat Mayoral candidate for Birmingham, will be present to help facilitate the discussion.

We hope you can join us for what promises to be an interesting, thought-provoking and lively discussion.
