Cleveland Women’s Enterprise Group Hosts Cocktails by the Shore

On July 19, 2018, the Cleveland members of our firm’s Women’s Enterprise group hosted their annual “Cocktails by the Shore” event, gathering influential female corporate leaders, clients and colleagues at the magnificent Shoreby Yacht Club. With beautiful weather and lovely company, the event was the perfect setting to celebrate women in the Cleveland-area including keynote speaker, Elizabeth Newman, President and CEO of Circle Health Services and The Centers for Families and Children. Elizabeth shared her insights from her experiences at the helm of an innovative, best-in-class Cleveland non-profit organization. Attendees also had the pleasure of hearing from Adiya Dixon, former International counsel at The Wendy’s Company and current Founder and CEO of the newly launched Yubi Beauty Brand. Adiya shared her inspiring and relatable journey from international corporate lawyer to founding her own company and encouraged attendees to challenge the status quo.

This highly anticipated event drew a great turnout of our key clients and friends and was a fantastic opportunity to connect Cleveland’s most influential business leaders.
