The Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation is hosting its 63rd Annual Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Institute in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Denver partner Carolyn McIntosh and associate Alex Arensberg will deliver the presentation "Lithium Mining in the United States: Water Right? Mining Claim? What is Required for Unique Brine Lithium Deposits", which will explore the legal framework for lithium brine mining in the US.
