Squire Sanders lawyers Joseph C. Weinstein and Joseph P. Rodgers were invited to attend Chartis Insurance’s Spring Risk Management Forum in Cleveland on May 8, 2012. Their presentation “Risky Business: FCPA Trends, Compliance and Enforcement in 2012” addressed current Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) issues and developments including the impact of the UK Bribery Act of 2010.

Chartis organizes two risk management forums each year in the Great Lakes Region for both representatives of Chartis and risk managers of larger corporations in the area. The forums focus on cutting-edge risk assessment issues.
