DC Lawyer's Forum

The Forum is a nonprofit educational, informal setting for lawyers to discuss the most pressing issues on their minds. We convene a Forum breakfast or luncheon every second month and invite Washington DC lawyers to attend. The format of the Lawyer’s Forum is a panel discussion, and the speakers are almost always DC lawyers.

The panel will feature 3-4 partners of DC law firms who will speak about the do’s and don’ts of becoming a partner in a law firm. We believe that this topic is timely given the discussion taking place in the legal profession about the changing criteria for partnership.

Partner Mark Cowan will participate as a panelist for the forum.
