Devinder Singh leads the Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group based in our Birmingham office. Devinder's clients include the major clearing banks, asset based lenders, insolvency practitioners, corporates and creditors. He advises on all aspects of corporate restructuring and insolvency, with a particular specialism in contentious work.

The Restructuring & Insolvency team is ranked in the 2019 editions of Chambers UK and The Legal 500 UK, where Devinder is described as “experienced and very knowledgeable” and “one of the calmest operators I've come across”. He is also listed in the most recent publication of the Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom.
