Christopher Wilde is a British national, but has lived and practised in France for a large part of his career. He is one of eight partners in our Corporate Practice in France, listed in the Décideurs Juridiques category for mid-cap M&A as enjoying “Forte notoriété” (highly reputed) and is “recommended” in Chambers and Legal 500.

Christopher brings to the firm over 30 years’ experience as a transactional lawyer in a highly international environment. His particular focus is on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions such as joint ventures.

Although he has particular experience in such areas as marketing services, media and entertainment and various manufacturing industries, he represents a diverse range of businesses from public, multinational and household names through to the larger SME.

He is completely bilingual in French and English.
