- Won a complete defense verdict for a major energy company in a six-month Kansas class-action jury trial involving substantial diminution-in-value real property claims.
- Favorably resolved a complex healthcare payor/provider dispute following a week-long arbitration hearing, while protecting a key business relationship for the client.
- Recovered millions of dollars for a manufacturing client in a dispute over a multi-year purchase agreement for high-pressure hydraulic fracturing pumps.
- Defended a developer of a high-capacity battery storage project in court against opposition by adjoining landowners.
- Favorably resolved a significant oil and gas royalty dispute for a major energy company, involving a novel “confusion of goods” theory and joint operating agreement claims.
- On behalf of a national managed care entity, secured dismissals of multiple Medicare audit and reimbursement lawsuits.
