Tanja Weber M.A. is a certified specialist for employment law and mediation (Fachanwältin für Arbeitsrecht und Mediatorin). She has been a partner in our Berlin office since 2006.

She specializes in regularly advising national and international companies on restructuring, downsizing, transfers of business operations and transaction-related matters, as well as providing employment law advice on transnational change processes.

Another focus of her practice includes advising employers on all issues relating to co-determination under works constitution law. In this area, Tanja prepares and oversees strategic and pragmatic procedures for introducing and implementing internal group and company guidelines.

She also provides national and international companies with advice on all other aspects of individual and collective labor law, and on issues relating to social law.

In addition, she develops and implements legal measures relating to current issues, such as increasing the attractiveness of employers and creating an appreciative and sustainable corporate culture in which diversity and inclusion are an elementary component. All relevant compliance aspects are thereby taken into account.

Last but not least, her clients appreciate her unique tactical expertise in assisting them through all instances of labor court proceedings and her extensive experience in conducting comprehensive investigations.

In addition to her work as a lawyer, Tanja is a frequent speaker at specialist seminars on employment law and organizes many in-house events for national and international clients.
