Dr. Nora Thies
Senior Associate
Dr. Nora Thies is a senior associate in the Corporate Practice based in our Berlin office. She advises national and international clients on complex cross-border issues in all fields of commercial law, in particular contract law, and litigation.
Her comprehensive experience comprises food and beverage law, product safety and product liability law, as well as telecommunications law. She has particular experience in advising Israeli companies on their business activities in Germany.
Nora is a member of the German-Israeli Lawyers’ Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Nora was a senior associate at a major German law firm in Berlin and Hamburg.
- Advising an automotive manufacturer on several complex long-term development and manufacturing agreements for vehicle components.
- Advising a high performance exhaust and emission control systems manufacturer on a complex framework agreement on development, manufacturing and distribution of exhaust aftertreatment systems for medium speed engines.
- Advising a manufacturer of copper wire with respect to supply agreements with OEMs.
