Marc Rawls is deputy practice group leader for the firm’s Corporate Practice in Atlanta, where he focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring transactions and both public and private securities offerings. He also counsels clients across a variety of industries on corporate governance matters. He regularly advises clients on transactions involving capital formation, including securities offerings, and has experience in structuring complex franchise, limited liability and partnership arrangements, including public-private partnerships.

Marc has been selected as one of 12 Georgia Lawyers Under 40 “On the Rise” by the Fulton County Daily Report.
