Elizabeth Profaci is an associate in the Government Investigations & White Collar Practice Group based in Washington DC.

While attending the William & Mary Law School, Elizabeth worked in various political and legal capacities, both locally and internationally. She completed a summer associate program with us, as well as at a local boutique law office. She also served as the judicial extern to the Honorable Michael E. McGinty of the Williamsburg/James City County Circuit Court.

Elizabeth’s political background includes a legislative internship with US Sen. Chris Van Hollen and an international public policy internship in Delhi, India, for Action India. She also acted as a teaching assistant for the Government Contracts and Academic Success & Bar Preparation programs at her school.

An advocate for community involvement, Elizabeth diligently participated in the programs and student organizations available to her. She was an active member of the Women’s Law Society and the George Wythe Society, which is dedicated to facilitating the academic improvement and professional success of students and the community at large. She was also an articles editor for the William & Mary Journal of Race, Gender & Social Justice, as well as a Moot Court team associate.
