Tigran Piruzyan is a senior associate in the International Trade Practice, based in the Madrid office. With more than 10 years of experience, Tigran has assisted on a variety of engineering and construction contracts with global coverage, including, among others, preparation of proposals, due diligence of companies, the establishment of sanctions compliance and export control protections, preparation of claims and applications for licences. He has vast experience in negotiations with clients, subcontractors, vendors and licensors (particularly in the energy, oil and gas sectors), as well as preparation of joint venture/consortium agreement.
