Chris Paschali is an associate in our Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group, based in the Leeds office. Chris advises on both transactional and dispute related matters for insolvency practitioners, creditors and private equity houses.
- Acted for administrators from Interpath Advisory on the trading administration, and subsequent sale of the business and assets of the Slack & Parr group, which included disposals of US and Chinese subsidiaries.
- Acted lender side on various asset-based-lends for distressed businesses.
- Advised administrators from Alvarez & Marsal on the trading administration, and sale of business and assets of Go Plant group to Sweeptech.
- Provided directors’ duties advice to the board of a national tool distributor with a turnover of circa £96 million and subsequently advised administrators on the sale of assets and business.
