Seth Osnowitz is an associate in our Corporate Practice Group. His practice focuses on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, corporate governance and securities law compliance matters for private and public companies. He represents clients in both public and privately held companies across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, life sciences, chemicals, energy and technology.
