Morgan Miller represents clients involved in high-stakes litigation before state and federal trial and appellate courts, including the US courts of appeals and Supreme Court. She has experience defending foreign governments, foreign state-owned entities and multinational corporations in a wide range of complex commercial disputes. Morgan specializes in litigating cases involving novel jurisdictional questions and procedural issues.

A former employee of the US Institute of Peace, Morgan has experience working on international legal development projects in Liberia, Nepal, and Tunisia. Morgan’s upbringing in Paris and Jerusalem informs the global nature of her practice.
