Jean-Sébastien Lipski
Of Counsel
Jean-Sébastien Lipski is a labour and employment of counsel based in our Paris office. He advises French and international businesses on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, as well as on social security law.
Jean-Sébastien has significant experience in reorganizations and collective redundancies, collective labour relationships, company-wide negotiations, implementation of employee savings plans (i.e., voluntary and mandatory profit sharing programs, collective savings plans [PEE], including for pensions [PERCO], time savings plans [CET] and employee shareholding).
He also advises clients on hiring, disciplinary procedures and investigations (especially for suspected bullying), disciplinary and non-disciplinary dismissals, and international mobility in its employment and social security law aspects, and has extensive experience in litigation and pre-litigation.
- Site closures of French subsidiaries of International Groups (especially plastic and electronic devices/software sectors).
- Setting up of mandatory and voluntary profit sharing and company saving schemes (especially wholesale trade and food trade sectors).
- Setting up of working time organizations within companies (especially telecommunications, pharmaceutical industry, marine and wholesale trade sectors).
- Downsizings of French subsidiaries of International Groups (especially marine and telecommunications sectors).
- Acquisitions of Autocam Corporation by NN Inc (metallurgy sector) and of Coala by Playpower (garden equipment sector).
- Employment Tribunal and Appeal Court litigations on dismissals, redundancies, working time, moral harassment (especially energy, wholesale trade, services provider, marine and electronic devices/software sectors).
