Jean-Sébastien Lipski is a labour and employment of counsel based in our Paris office. He advises French and international businesses on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, as well as on social security law.
Jean-Sébastien has significant experience in reorganizations and collective redundancies, collective labour relationships, company-wide negotiations, implementation of employee savings plans (i.e., voluntary and mandatory profit sharing programs, collective savings plans [PEE], including for pensions [PERCO], time savings plans [CET] and employee shareholding).
He also advises clients on hiring, disciplinary procedures and investigations (especially for suspected bullying), disciplinary and non-disciplinary dismissals, and international mobility in its employment and social security law aspects, and has extensive experience in litigation and pre-litigation.
