Sabina Khan is a senior associate in the firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group based in the London office. She regularly acts for a range of stakeholders in formal and informal restructurings, refinancing and insolvency matters (including lenders/bondholders at different levels of the cap structure, borrowers/companies, company directors and insolvency practitioners).

Sabina has advised on a range of insolvency matters and processes on both the debtor side and creditor side, default and enforcement scenarios, solvent and insolvent restructurings, cross-border insolvencies, and the sale and purchase of distressed debt.

Sabina has experience across a number of sectors, including retail, aviation (acting for both airlines and aircraft lessors), crypto/blockchain, logistics and real estate.

Prior to joining the firm, Sabina qualified at a US law firm based in London and worked in-house at various investment banks in the derivatives space.
