Hannah Kendrick is a member of the Global Board for the firm and leads our Tier 1 ranked Corporate Practice in Leeds. She has a wide range of experience advising both public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, takeovers, restructurings and reorganisations.

Hannah also leads the firm’s client-facing environmental, social and governance (ESG) focus for clients in EMEA and co-leads the UK equity capital markets group.

Her work varies between UK and cross border, and she works closely with boards, executives, in-house legal teams and general counsel both in the UK and globally.

Hannah was awarded Corporate Partner of the Year 2024 by Legal 500 Northern Powerhouse Awards among other recognitions.

  • Advising Animalcare Group plc on its AUS$120 million acquisition of Randlab and related £20 million share placing on AIM.
  • Advising Sopheon plc on its £115 million public takeover by a wholly owned subsidiary of Wellspring Worldwide Inc.
  • Advising Vp plc on its €34 million acquisition of Charleville Plant Hire (CPH).
  • Advising Aim quoted Kooth plc on its £10 million fundraise in July 2023 following advising on Kooth’s admission to the AIM market of the LSE with a market cap of £66 million.
  • Advising Xeros Technology Group plc on various placing fundraisings and primary bid retail orders.
  • Advising the sellers of Contis Group on their sale to Solaris Bank.
