Victoria James is an associate in the global Corporate Practice, based in the London office. Her practice covers all aspects of corporate work, including both UK and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate advice.

Victoria has experience acting for owner-managed businesses, and advising on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment and funding rounds, company reorganisations and matters of corporate governance.

  • Advised HC-One on its acquisition of Ideal Carehomes from Warwick Capital Partners and LNT Group (2023).
