• Advising an NYSE-listed global leader in developing and producing responsible packaging solutions on its acquisition of a plant for making of laminated plastic pouches and an associated R&D centre for sustainable packaging solution.
• Advising an NYSE-listed global leader in developing and producing responsible packaging solutions on the acquisition of 100% share in two Romanian manufacturers of packaging materials.
• Advising the world’s leading provider of technology-enabled language, content management and IP services in connection with a cross-border merger involving Luxembourg and Czech corporations.
• Advising a fund of qualified investors on €123.8 million acquisition of a shopping centre located in the Czech Republic.
• Advising a Czech bank on the acquisition of a fully let 18,000 square metre office complex in Prague from one of the largest CEE real estate investors.
