Lutz frequently advises international and German clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law and the legal aspects of company pension schemes. He further advises on all employment law related aspects of M&A, corporate transactions and reorganizations of undertakings including integration and harmonization issues.
Lutz has special expertise in advising on the implementation of matters subject to the co-determination of employee representatives (reorganizations, reduction in force, harmonization of working conditions, implementation of benefits such as commission plans and company pension schemes, and general policies).
Lutz regularly speaks on a variety of employment law topics for clients and organizations and is co-author of the handbook Templates for Certified Employment Lawyers (Formularbuch des Fachanwalts Arbeitsrecht) (Ed. by Liebers), Luchterhand, 3rd edition 2015.
