Morgan Hill focuses her practice on a range of corporate matters for public and private companies. She has experience in counseling companies on state and federal securities law compliance and reporting obligations, as well as on many corporate governance and board matters. Morgan’s practice also includes assisting clients on various capital raising transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Morgan worked in-house as corporate counsel for a large retail corporation, where she assisted with SEC filings and NYSE reporting requirements, prepared board and committee materials and meeting minutes, and regularly handled corporate governance matters, including support of the company’s ESG initiatives.

In law school, Morgan was a member of the Ohio State Law Journal and earned a CALI Award for Excellence in the Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic. She also gained experience working at another public company during her time in law school and volunteered at the Legal Aid Society of Columbus, receiving the Public Service Fellow designation.
