Chelsea Gunning has extensive experience in advising and litigating on the full spectrum of employment, benefits and business immigration matters. Her work includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, employee representation, transfer of undertaking, outsourcings and collective bargaining agreements.

Her further experience involves drafting and negotiating service agreement and employment documentation, managing collective and individual termination processes and advising in respect of occupational health and safety. Chelsea acts on behalf of domestic and international clients.

Chelsea is a recognised member of the Dutch employment community, and she regularly publishes articles on a variety of employment law aspects and teaches post-graduate courses at the Grotius Academy on European employment law, leave entitlements and transgressive behaviour in the workplace. Chelsea has consistently received recognition from Legal 500 as a Rising Star and Leading Associate in the past five years.

Chelsea is a board member at Bridges Network Foundation, a foundation committed to bridging the gap between first-generation law students and law students with a bicultural background, and the legal field in the Netherlands.
