Mike Fisher is an experienced corporate and financial services lawyer. He represents public and private companies in all aspects of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance and general business matters. He has worked with clients operating in a wide range of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, energy, waste management, technology, healthcare, real estate and other industrial sectors.
