Floriane Essling

Her experience includes advising on due diligence, social plans, negotiating and concluding collective agreements on a number of topics such as working time, information and consultation procedures for representatives. Floriane also helps clients with the implementation of business reorganizations, and the implementation of disciplinary and grievance and dismissal procedures.

Floriane has experience of representing clients in litigated matters, including individual disputes before the Labour court on matters involving dismissal procedures, working time duration, harassment, discrimination. She also has experience of advising clients on settlement agreements.
