Beth Devlin is an associate in our Pensions Practice Group, based in our London office. Beth trained as a solicitor in Ireland, qualifying in 2023, and was admitted to practice in England and Wales in 2024. Beth has experience advising both employers and trustees of defined benefit and defined contribution schemes on a wide range of pensions issues.

  • Providing advisory support to trustee and employer clients in both the public and private sectors on trustee governance and scheme administration.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating key pension scheme documentation, including service level agreements, trustee reports and policies and scheme deeds.
  • Assisting in the representation of trustees of a defined benefit pension scheme before the Commercial Court in Ireland, in proceedings related to the interpretation of a pension increase clause with an estimated value of €64 million.
