  • Advised the Dubai Department of Finance in relation to a US$3.1 billion term loan facility that will fund a 15-kilometre extension of the Dubai Metro’s Red Line from Nakheel Harbour and Tower Station to the Dubai Expo 2020 site. As part of the project, 50 trains will be purchased with 15 for the Expo service and 35 to upgrade the metro system.
