Jonathan Brooke is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group based in the Manchester office. He advises on all aspects of real estate work.

Acting for HB Community Solutions, a leading developer of supported living accommodation, on its joint venture and forward funding structures, all elements of site acquisition, letting and portfolio disposals of over 40 schemes across the UK. Other clients in this sector include Henley Investment Management, Specialised Supported Housing, and Waymoor Group.
Acting on strategic land acquisition for national commercial and residential developers using conditional contracts, options (both single take and phased take) and formal tenders. Key clients include Stewart Milne Group, Northstone Development and Taylor Wimpey.
Advising corporate occupiers, including Peel Holdings and the Royal British Legion, on asset and estate management issues.
Advising a range of banks and other lenders on property finance and security issues, particularly regarding the supply of acquisition and development funding.
Advising on acquisition, funding and development of hotels, including innovative ground rent funding structures.
Negotiating and drafting a range of works and infrastructure agreements including s38, s104, s278 agreements, electricity wayleaves, and gas pipeline and cable easements. Also experienced in negotiating and drafting s106 planning agreements and unilateral planning obligations.
