Advising a range of banks and other lenders on property finance and security issues, particularly regarding the supply of acquisition and development funding.
Advising on acquisition, funding and development of hotels, including innovative ground rent funding structures.
Negotiating and drafting a range of works and infrastructure agreements including s38, s104, s278 agreements, electricity wayleaves, and gas pipeline and cable easements. Also experienced in negotiating and drafting s106 planning agreements and unilateral planning obligations.
