Lilia Ammar
Associate
Lilia Ammar is an associate in the Global Corporate Practice based in the Paris office.
Lilia advises national and multinational companies on a variety of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and other day-to-day corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Lilia completed numerous internships, including six in law firms and two within the legal departments of major multinational companies.
