Global law firm Squire Patton Boggs advised Valvoline Inc. (NYSE: VVV), an American retail automotive services company, on its acquisition of Breeze Autocare from middle market private equity firm Greenbriar Equity Group for $625 million in cash, which Valvoline intends to fund with a newly issued Term Loan B.
The Squire Patton Boggs team was led by partner Jonathon Whittlesey and included significant contributions from partners Jaime Daddona, David Saltzman, and associates Yeonjae (Iris) Lim, Briana Whitmore, and Adriney Chepeian.
