Adriney Chepeian is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group, where she specializes in regulatory law, securities regulation, and matters related to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Prior to joining the firm, Adriney worked as a legal intern in an Am Law 200 firm in the DC area, where she assisted in transactional and regulatory matters in the energy and infrastructure sectors, including the purchase and sale of renewable assets, project development, and negotiations in enforcement proceeding with regulatory agencies.

Adriney received her law degree from Vermont Law School in 2023. While there, she was a member of the Vermont Law School trial practice team, where she successfully defended against a charge brought under the RICO Act, as well as a member of the Entrepreneurial Legal Laboratory, where she worked alongside practicing lawyers to provide legal and strategic advice to entrepreneurs, startups and early-stage companies.

Adriney is fluent in both Armenian and English.
