The Hill named Tommy Andrews, Jack Kingston, and Caren Street to its annual Top Lobbyist list, which highlights impactful lobbyists at law firms, companies, trade associations, and advocacy groups.
Mr. Andrews has more than a decade of experience working in the Legislative and Executive Branches of the US government and has forged extensive bipartisan relationships from Capitol Hill to the administration. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Special Assistant to the President for Legislative Affairs in the first Trump Administration. Mr. Andrews provides strategic advice to clients on a wide range of policy matters, with an emphasis on tax, trade, financial services, and infrastructure issues.
Mr. Kingston, a former US Representative, helps clients address public policy challenges in legislatures and regulatory agencies around the world. In Congress, Rep. Kingston earned a reputation as an effective legislator with a keen ability to resolve complex matters by reaching across the aisle. His leadership of the largest domestic appropriations subcommittee and his senior position on the defense appropriations subcommittee give him a deep understanding of the policy and financial challenges global clients face.
Ms. Street is a seasoned Washington DC operative with 17 years of experience on Capitol Hill and in government relations. She advises a range of clients on public policy and government relations strategies to address issues before federal, state and local governments. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Street served as Executive Director of the Congressional Black Caucus and chief of staff to former Rep. Karen Bass (D-CA), as well as senior advisor to former Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid (D-NV).
