Squire Patton Boggs is pleased to announce that Malisheia Douglas has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the Intellectual Property & Technology Law Practice.
She joins from global power management company Eaton Corporation, where she served as in-house counsel specializing in a wide range of intellectual property matters, including patent and trademark procurement, litigation, portfolio management, and opinion work. Additionally, she led multiple key initiatives involving anti-counterfeiting, brand protection, licensing, and cybersecurity.

Ms. Douglas earned her JD from The University of Akron School of Law and her BE in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is licensed to practice before the USPTO and previously served as President of the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association.
