Squire Patton Boggs is pleased to announce the addition of Partner Martin “Marty” Mackowski to its Competition – Antitrust Practice in Washington, DC.
He joins from Meta Platforms, Inc. (formerly Facebook, Inc.), where he served as Associate General Counsel, Competition and Regulatory. At Meta, Mr. Mackowski provided strategic legal guidance on a broad range of novel and complex litigation, regulatory, and counseling issues at the cross-section of antitrust law and technology. Prior to joining Meta, he represented clients across a number of industries in a variety of sophisticated antitrust and competition matters.

Mr. Mackowski supports clients on a wide variety of antitrust and competition matters, including litigation, merger reviews, government and internal investigations, and counseling regarding compliance with existing and emerging regulatory requirements.

Mr. Mackowski earned his JD from Boston College Law School and his BA from Loyola University Chicago.
