In the newly released 2022 edition of The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, Squire Patton Boggs has been recommended in 18 practice areas. There were 47 lawyers achieving recognition for their expertise, two of whom were named in the elite Leading Lawyers list, a further four noted as leading individuals, with one lawyer named as a Next Generation Partner.
In the 2022 guide, Legal 500 highlighted the firm’s progress in Singapore, noting the success of the its Commodities & Shipping Group as “a go-to advisor in the shipping market globally and in Singapore specifically.” The highly regarded International Dispute Resolution Practice in Singapore was recognised for its strength in gas price review and shipping and commodities sector disputes as well as investment treaty arbitration, and the Financial Services group “is making a name for itself in the areas of shipping and commodities finance.”
