Squire Patton Boggs received the “Best International Firm for Women in Business Law” award at Euromoney Legal Media Group’s annual Americas Women in Business Law Awards.
The Firm also won the awards in the “Work-Life Balance - International firm of the year” and “Caribbean Firm of the Year” categories and was shortlisted for “Mentoring Programme - International Firm” and “Talent Management - International Firm.”
“Our strategy has been to take a holistic approach that looks at the entire life cycle of a women’s career at the Firm and identify the key experiences that would benefit from intervention and attention,” said partner Traci Martinez, who chairs the firm’s Advancing Women’s Task Force. “We are delighted to see these efforts recognized and remain committed to evolving our approach to ensure Squire Patton Boggs remains at the forefront of advancing and retaining women lawyers.”

Euromoney’s Americas Women in Business Law Awards acknowledge law firms and professional services firms for their efforts and achievements in helping women advance in the legal profession. According to Euromoney winning firms are at the forefront of “producing initiatives and programs to support and encourage women and diversity within the industry.”
