Squire Patton Boggs has been announced as a Lex 100 Winner for 2019/20 in the categories of Inclusiveness and Approachability.
The Lex 100 annual trainee survey is a comprehensive assessment of law firm training contracts in the UK. This year, some 2,500 anonymous responses were gathered from trainees at 130 law firms, evaluating their views on different aspects of trainee life.
As a winner in the categories of Inclusiveness and Approachability, the firm was praised for “the unique inclusive nature of all staff members”, which was a “stand-out feature” for applicants, who “immediately warmed” to colleagues during the interview process.
Training principal Giles Chesher commented: “We work hard to build an inclusive and approachable culture and make all of our staff feel part of the firm. It is great to see that our trainees recognise this and it shows the importance of a positive culture in attracting top talent.”
