Our Social Mobility DEI pillar was established to facilitate our ambition to be a fair and equitable employer and organisation by generating more equal opportunities both into and through the firm, where people succeed on merit and are able to take advantage of career opportunities regardless of their socio-economic background. Our focus is on creating opportunities to access meaningful interactions and to attain the skills and competencies required to fulfil their career aspirations.
We understand how important it is for us to offer young people from low socio-economic backgrounds training, mentoring and work experience opportunities as well as alternative routes into law via our apprenticeship scheme. We recognise that our support is needed now more than ever before, to create a real societal impact to improve diversity and socio-economic change.
