A firm team has served as underwriter’s counsel to the Sturges Company to provide US$13 million financing to Heritage Park Housing Partners, LP, a limited partnership affiliate of Vitus Group and Affordable Housing Institute, Inc. The financing will provide for the acquisition, renovation, improvement and equipping of Heritage Park Apartments, a 151-unit affordable multifamily housing project located in Charlotte, North Carolina. All 100% of the 151-units will be made available to persons who earn no more than 60% of the area’s median income.
