We previously published Part 1 of our update on trustees’ investment duties. We looked at the new requirements that will apply from 1 October 2019 and set out the deadlines for compliance. In Part 2, we set out the top six actions that pension trustees should be taking in order to be compliant before the first deadline of 1 October 2019.
