As part of a recent joint project between the New Zealand Companies Office (NZCO) and the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) a new company and business name application has just been released in the iTunes and Google Play app stores.
NZAUCONNECT is a mobile application that allows users to do a combined search of the NZCO and ASIC Registers. The app allows users to search over 2.5 million New Zealand and Australian companies and 1.7 million organisations included on the Australian Business Names Register. The details you need are provided in an easy to understand format and allow you to select 'favourites', among other interesting features.
